SCOPE OF SERVICES
At Voyage by Victoria, I provide personalized credit card and travel rewards consulting designed to help your business earn more points, maximize redemptions, and reduce out-of-pocket travel costs.
Here’s what’s included in your consulting experience:
A customized analysis of your current business spending and card portfolio
Recommendations for the best cards and earning strategies based on your goals
Guidance on how to use and combine points for the highest travel value
Step-by-step support to help you understand and execute redemptions
Optional assistance with booking paid (non-award) travel upon request
What’s not included:
Logging in to your personal or business financial accounts
Transferring or redeeming points/miles on your behalf
Guaranteeing card approvals, point valuations, or specific travel offers
Please note: Award travel options are always subject to availability. Most airlines and hotels release award seats about 11–12 months in advance, and availability changes frequently. I’ll always present the best available options at the time of planning, but I can only work with what loyalty programs make available.
My role is to educate, simplify, and strategize—so you can make informed decisions, stay in control of your accounts, and enjoy the full value of your rewards.

Welcome to Voyage by Victoria! By booking or submitting an intake form for credit card and travel rewards consulting services (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1.Services Provided
Voyage by Victoria provides consulting and educational services focused on:
Credit card strategy and optimization for businesses
Points and miles earning and redemption strategies
Award travel planning and guidance
Optional paid travel booking services (non-award only)
These Services are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Recommendations are based on your provided information and current program availability at the time of consultation.
2. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Voyage by Victoria is not a financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney. All information provided is for educational use only and should not be interpreted as financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for determining the appropriateness of any credit card or rewards strategy for your situation.
3. Client Responsibility
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during the intake process.
Make your own independent decisions regarding credit card applications, financial commitments, and reward redemptions.
Maintain control of your financial and travel accounts at all times.
Voyage by Victoria will never:
Request or store your credit card, bank, or loyalty program login credentials.
Transfer, redeem, or book award travel using your personal points or miles on your behalf.
I may provide award travel recommendations, including step-by-step instructions for booking, but all redemptions must be completed by you directly through your loyalty or financial institution account.
4. Paid Travel Bookings
Voyage by Victoria may offer optional paid travel booking assistance for flights, hotels, or experiences purchased with cash or credit (not with points or miles). If you choose to use this additional service, the terms, pricing, and booking policies will be outlined and agreed upon separately. All bookings are subject to the third-party providers’ terms and cancellation policies.
5. No Guarantees
While every effort is made to provide accurate and valuable guidance, Voyage by Victoria cannot guarantee:
Approval for any credit card or financial product
Specific point earnings or redemption values
The continued availability of any reward program or travel offer
Loyalty programs and offers are controlled by third parties and may change at any time without notice.
5A. Award Travel Availability
Award travel availability is controlled entirely by third-party airlines, hotels, and loyalty programs, and is subject to change at any time. Voyage by Victoria does not have the ability to guarantee award seats, hotel nights, or specific itineraries. While every effort will be made to locate and recommend the best available options, all award bookings depend on real-time program availability—typically released approximately 11–12 months prior to the travel date. Clients understand that flexibility with dates, destinations, and routes may be necessary to maximize redemption value.
6. Payment & Refunds
All payments for Services are non-refundable once the consultation or strategy session has been completed. This is why there is a $50 non-refundable search fee. If you cancel, I do not refund the $50 as payment for my searching. If I am unable to find availability for your desired trip, you are no longer responsible for the rest of the quoted payment, but the $50 deposit will not be returned, again, as form of payment for searching. 7. Confidentiality
All client information shared through the intake form or consultation will remain confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing your customized strategy. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyage by Victoria and its representatives shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to:
Changes to credit score or approval status
Denied applications or declined redemptions
Travel disruptions, cancellations, or losses related to third-party providers
9.Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Agreement
By submitting your intake form or engaging in Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
